In November 2000, Christian Vision launched its third "Impact a Nation" project in East Timor. Currently, there are 48 Brazilian missionaries involved in education, health, construction and media projects throughout 9 of the 13 districts. The education programme covers literacy, health, hygiene and parenting subjects, and is recognised as a model school curriculum by the Ministry of Education in East Timor. To date, more than 8500 children and adults have been taught. The health project includes assisting underprivileged families, and working in hospitals and mobile clinics. Currently, over 20 churches, accommodation facilities, and educational centres have either been built or rebuilt by the missionaries. Christian Vision's newest radio station, based in Dili,
East Timor, was launched on Wednesday 26th November 2003. Radio Voz FM
89.5 broadcasts in four languages - Portuguese, Tetum, Indonesian and
